Hi Bears

There will be a few Bear-related emails coming out this week, but only one can be  the announcement of the night of nights - the 2016-2017 Bearlow Awards.

This year the AGM will be held prior to the Bearlows, which is a cheap way to try and get more Bears to the AGM with the inducement of beer.

One award to be presented on the night of nights is the prestigious Clubman of the Year award. In the past this award has been won by club legends like Popey and Diesel, as well as Gribbs.

As this is an award for the people, your input is needed and nominations for the Clubman of the Year are currently open. Please reply to this email with your vote ASAP so the trophy can be engraved prior to the night.

So to the details of the Bearlow:

Where: President GT’s house, 6 Birchall Street GORDON

When: Saturday 1 April (3pm for AGM, 5pm for Bearlow start and 5.30-6pm dinner)

Cost: $10.00 per head which will cover food and 2 beers. BYO extras.
