Evening Bears,

The Bears won their five game out of 6 against an unimpressive dour Trims Mob. Trim, from Trim's Mob won the toss and after asking several of his apathetic team mates decided to bat ( mistake number 1). The openers from the Mob were playing themselves in, not chasing anything wide and blocking everything that was near the stumps. After five over they were one run. There are very fews highlights from the mobs innings as we bowled very accurate and fielded quite well. A couple of fielding highlights go to Damo and Ash for their fantastic catches. Trim's Mob only hit two fours in their innings, due to the MCG like field that Trim stepped out (mistake number 2). Special mention goes to Armface who took a couple of wickets on debut and could have ended up with three of more. Trims Mob snored themselves to 82 off 40 overs. One member of the mob was very happy that they werent bowled out in there forty. Trim was unimpressed.

Unlike the dour batting off the mob, the Bears were impressive, agressive, daring and flamboyant. Trim was unimpressed! Damo who has a love affair with this oval was yet again dropped and then finally caught when on 8. Jeff and Adz then put on 50 in quick time and really gave the ball a hit, both clearing the MCG size oval easily and taking an liking to Trim's nude offspin ( mistake number 4). Jeff was unfortunately given out LBW by an increasingly weary HP and Pabs was caught soon after first ball. Gribbs was promoted to protect the skipper and his batting average and almost didnt do that by skying the ball to mid on only to be dropped by Trim himself and consequently the winning run( mistake number 5). BEARS WIN!!
