Bears,

A massive thank you to Drady for hosting the AGM and Bearlow over the weekend. Well done to Shins for his efforts on the BBQ and proving that he can do the job without almost burning down the house.

In terms of the AGM, the following positions were elected:

President - Boom

Vice-President - Drady

Treasurer - G-man

Secretary - Spooner

Captain - Brod

Vice-captain - AA

Selector - Dan

Additional Worker Bears - Stoney and Magneto, with Magneto to take on the role of chief fund-raiser Bear

I'd like to thank any Bear who has been part of the previous committee for the work they've done over the last 12 months.

In particular, a massive thank you to our outgoing President, GT. He's spent a number of years in key roles for the Bears over the course of his career and his contributions to the club have gone a long way to ensuring that we are still operational as we approach our 22nd year.

At the Bearlow, we saw Brod finish strongly to claim his first Bearlow, with Boom in 2nd place and Azz, who led for a large part of the season coming in 3rd. Other winners on the night were Radico (Batting), Andy MX (Bowling), Boom (Clubman) and Dan (Captain's Award).

Congratulations to any other Bear who picked up a 50 or 5 for trophy including AA, who finally received a trophy for his 5 for from last season.

For the Bears not going into hibernation, keep an eye out for LMS announcements from Dan/Brod. For those going into hibernation, I look forward to seeing you out on the field for the 2019-20 season.
