If you haven't already done so, can you please update your availability on the Polar Bear website for the first month of the Sunday Social season which starts on 9 October. The captains are going to be naming the team each week on Tuesday evenings this season, if you don't have your availability updated prior to that time, we won't be able to give you a game.
