Welcome to the 2014-15 Season!!!!

The draw for the Sunday Social season has been uploaded onto the Bears website, could all Bears interested in playing this season please update their availability at their earliest convenience.

This season we are in C & D grades and will have 2 double header weekends - the first one being the season opening weekend on 12 October and the second double header will be on 1 February (there will be no game the previous weekend over Australia Day). We will need to have at least 22 Bears available for these weekends.

Our new 'home' for this season is Bonython with half our games scheduled there, the remaining games are wide spread across the nation's capital - as far north as Nicholls, out west to Rivett and a couple at the home of the Tourists at O'Connor.

Pope and myself will be naming teams each week on Wednesday nights, so please make sure your availability is up-to-date each week before this time. The teams for the opening double header will be named on Wednesday 8 October.

We'd also encourage you to make sure that you keep your availabilities up-to-date a few weeks in advance - this will allow Pope and myself to ensure that all Bears get on the park this season and aren't named as Spare Bears week in, week out without actually getting a game.
