Happy new year!

Just letting you know we raised just over $800.00 for our efforts at the bbq at Harvey Norman, Fyshwick yesterday.

A great effort. If we can manage to do just two of these a year (a third wouldn't hurt) we should be finacially sound for a season.

A big THANK YOU to Gribbs for organising this over the summer break.

Thanks to Azz for a helping hand early in the day and Chook for bringing extra ice.

We are scheduled for another in September. Could I encourage any available Bears to participate. If we rotate in shifts of an hour or so the day will fly by.

In other news, we are organising a hit in the nets (Isabella) and a bbq at DB's (Bonython) afterwards this Sunday 12th January 2014. More details from Drady to come.
