Its that time again where we all thank our current committee for their hard work over the year and have new elections for the following positions

President - Top Bear
Vice President - Next Top Bear
Treasurer - Money Bear
General Committee - Worker Bear 1
General Committee - Worker Bear 2
Social Director - Super (not negotiable)

We need to get volunteers to captain one or two sides.

Nominations for all positions and captains are to be sent to bartomano_@hotmail.com by 5/7/12

Also we will need an indication prior to the meeting whether you intend playing next season (hoping to go one better than last year) and the frequency you intend on playing . I say frequency as this will shape the committee's decision to enter one or two teams in next season's competition.

Winter is normally our peak Chocolate sales time but Im yet to have anyone to offer to take over the organisation of these , even after several emails. Its fair to say fees may need to increase as a result.

I welcome any comments anyone has on selection , two teams , captaincy of two teams , committee, proposed events etc

such as "I dont want to dump it on the incoming committee but 2013 is 15 years of Polar Bears. We NEED to do something. Im happy to help organise that and will approach Ben Healey to help (amongst other volunteers)." by me
