The committee reviewed everyones reply to their availability for the upcoming season and we were
bowled over with the responses.

Thanks so much for your show of interest, we'll head in the AGM on 6th September requiring to two
teams for this upcoming season. Please note it is likely that we'll have a double header either on
the 6th October or the following weekend - again that will be confirmed post AGM so keep those 
dates open please (especially our part-timers/casuals).

Once the AGM has been/gone we'll then reach out again with details, warm up hit-outs etc.

The committee will then put up the draw on our website to allow you to confirm your detailed
availability across the season (e.g. i'm on holidays this weekend, can't play etc.)

In the meantime, if you can all please go into your account on the Polar Bears website and update/check
all your personal details (especially address for insurance purposes) by 6th September that would great.
Feel free to update your bio, add a pic, change your nickname etc. etc.
