Hello again Bears,

The AGM will take place at 6 Birchall Street Gordon at 3pm prior to the Bearlow festivities. It is important that we get you there so we can get our new committee organised for 2018-19 season. Once nominations come in on the day we will vote in our new people for the committee.

Today however I am asking for nominations for the following positions:

Secretary (minute taker and correspondence out)

Treasurer : GMan ( unless someone else wants to do it but you may be overruled)

Fundraising Chief / Merchandise

Fundraising Committee
