Morning everyone,

With the 2017-18 season just around the corner it is time to gauge who will be playing this season. In previous years we have fielded two teams, which allows for players who want to play regularly, part time or casually.

These categories are defined by the committee as:

Full Time (every week), Part Time (fortnightly), Casual ( from fill in to playing when their weekend schedule suits)

Before we commit to two teams we need to ensure it is viable with a good base of regular bears needed. 6-8 regulars has worked in the post and allows us to build a team each week.

Could you please email me at gregory.terrell@ed.act.edu.au with your answers to the following questions.

1) Are you playing this season? Yes or No (please let me know if you aren't playing)

2) If Yes what will your playing status be? Full Time / Part Time or Casual.

3) Do you have a friend/s that is likely to play? Who? (only indicate if they don't get this email

Secondly there is a reminder that our first committee meeting will take place on Monday 14th August at the Burns club from 7pm. If you are buffet inclined we are meeting for dinner from 6pm. Any agenda items can be email to Shane Richards.
