Evening Bears,

A reminder about the message that was sent out two weeks ago, asking for nominations for positions. Either self nominations or others. At this stage I have had two people get back to me.

Without a committee there is no club. Please read the information below and get back to me.

AGM

The AGM will take place prior to the Bearlow on the 1st April 2017 at my house. Starting time will be 3pm. It is important that we get a good crowd and full representation on the committee for the next 12 months. With at least three bears not going to be around much it is important that we get people putting their hands up to run the club. All positions will be available and are as follows:

President

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

Club Captain

Selector (new position). This will take the pressure of the captain to concentrate on match day.

Fundraiser leader / and committee.

Worker Bears ( could be purchase items for weekend, merchandise
